Pamper me Perfect Mobile Kids Spa requires a $100.00 deposit at least 2 weeks before an event to book the date you would like for your party. If you are requesting the RED-CARPET package a $250.00 deposit is required. This can be PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. A final head count must be given one week prior to event. No add on guests will be allowed after final confirmation is made. In the event children show up, the full amount will be due for that extra child(ren) Please understand that no items will be provided for the guests that were not originally on the agreement. In the event some of your guests do not show up, a refund cannot be furnished for no shows.

 

Cancellations given two weeks' notice may reschedule once (a $100 rebooking fee will be applied) PLEASE note that no child's nails will be cut, filed nor clipped. Feet are to be already clean prior to our services for sanitary purposes. THIS SERVICE IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY! FULL BALANCE shall be paid before services begin - cash only if paying the day of your event. Zelle or Venmo is acceptable but must be paid in full 2 business days before your scheduled event. NO EXCEPTIONS. If your spa party exceeds 8 girls, an additional $50.00 will be applied to the package price for an additional hostess. 12 or more guests will require extra hostesses. Pamper Me Perfect Mobile Kids Spa will travel up to 10 miles, any further mileage will incur a traveling fee. We will arrive at your location 45 minutes before to set up. PLEASE ALERT US OF ANY ALLERGIES. Absolutely no eating or drinking in the chairs or spa robes. After 13 guests extra fees will be applied.

*The parent must be present at ALL times*. We will arrive with all needed equipment for your spa event. SANITATION is our main concern, so please know that all of our equipment is thoroughly sanitized after each event. If your little one has a favorite song let us know and we will have it played during our closing exercises. We pride ourselves on quality, honesty, and having a good time so call today and let's have a Spa-tac-u-lar time! We keep in touch the whole time during the planning process of your child's party so I the owner will send emails and texts to make sure everything is perfect. if your child's event is being held at a hotel, please understand that any parking fees incurred to Pamper Me Perfect Mobile Kids Spa will be the responsibility of the parent. (YOU MUST REMAIN WITH YOUR CHILD AND HER GUEST AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS!) Pamper Me Perfect Mobile Kids Spa has the right not to service an event if safety is an issue or the environment proves to be unsafe.

NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE GUEST OR NO SHOWS! It's important to stress to guests on the invitation that punctuality is appreciated due to a timed service being performed.
